Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and dispatched 1-3 days business days, depending on what shipping service you have selected. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment is closed weekends. Total transit time is 3-7 days delivery time frame to most areas of the US.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Finray Clothing with details of the product and the defect.
Customs fees may apply.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- We offer free standard USPS shipping with a purchase of $99 or more. For orders totaling $98 and below, we charge a flat fee of $10 for our standard USPS shipping method. Our products are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Boise, Idaho.
- We do not currently offer expedited service, but soon we will be offering FedEx overnight and 2 day expedited service.
RETURNS CONDITIONS
- You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear and accessories.
- All returns will be refunded via same payment method you used while shopping
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
